Psalms 83 is the fulfillment and completion of Gen 16:12
if you look to your Catholic scriptures in Genesis 16:12 - you will find a completely different translation than what the original manuscripts are telling you.
Catholic = Gen 16:12 He shall be a wild man: his hand will be against all men, and all men's hands against him: and he shall pitch his tents over against all his brethren.
Let’s see how that this is a completely false translation of Gen 16:12, regardless of the fact that - the Ishmaelites hand WERE NOT AGAINST EVERYONE AROUND THEM -
There is not even a speck of evidence anywhere that the Ishmaelites were at war or aggression - or against anyone except for the Jews - IN FACT THE ISHMAELTES ALLIED THEMSELVES IN PERFECT UNION WITH EVERYONE AROUND THEM WHO WERE AT WAR - SEEKING TO EXTERMINATE THE HEBREW RACE.
and the hand of everyone around them - were not against them - this is very untruthful - the Ishmaelites, they were in complete harmony – union and alliance - hand in hand with everyone around them - in alliance with anyone who would seek to exterminate Israel.

We do not see / find the Hebrew word - ועל־פני AGAINST THE FACE / PATH repeated multiple times in verse :12 as the false translation demands - to say, -
his hand “ ועל against “ all men, all men's hands “ ועל against “ him
In fact the Hebrew word “ ועל against “ is found only one single ONLY ONE time in verse :12
to say……….………… ועל־פני AGAINST THE FACE / PATH OF ALL HIS BROTHERS DWELLING
The translators added this word two more times, inserting the word to pretend that the Hebrew word - “ ועל against “ is found three separate times in verse :12
What the angel was telling - Hagar , was that he will become wild, a wild man.
Ishmael’s seed would be the hand of everyone - of all hands - he will be the hands of everyone
everyone who are dwelling against - or who are placed SET against or who are positioned against - or who are
FIGHTING at war against his brothers existence / - against his face / existence / presence the existence = of all his brothers.
