When God's Grace Ends

This is a weird time really. If you are not paying attention, you might think that there is no God or that God is a slacker and maybe doesn't care about all the rebellion that is ever increasing in this old world. The attitudes and actions of us all make room for some pretty immoral and just plain evil stuff and you know what I mean.

So why does God not jump in and correct it all right now as it happens? Well, we live in what is called the day of grace and to understand what that is, it is necessary to understand what happened on Calvary's Cross.

God says He was there, in the person of His Son, taking the sin of the world onto Himself. He says He did that because He loves each and every one of us on this planet and has proclaimed this age, forward from the Cross, the age of grace, where He steps back from judgment for a time and gives each person time to reflect on their life and what was done by God on their behalf.

God has also sent out people to proclaim this good news (Gospel).

Time will, however, run out for the earth and God will say enough is enough and will come in judgment on all unrighteousness and no one not covered by Calvary's Cross will be able to stand before Him. All sin has it's reward in judgment. No-one escapes.

You can accept that God in the person of His Son has born your judgment or you can refuse and bear the judgment yourself. Death is not the end of life. After death there will be eternal judgment.

Wake up people, where-ever you are and humble yourselves. … God is reaching out here, you are known to Him and He cares about you and has provided, but you must first see your need, deal with God about it, and accept what was done for you.

Psalm 24:1 KJV

1 The earth [is] the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

2 Corinthians 5:19 KJV

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

2 Peter 3:9-10 KJV

9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
