The Supreme Court of the United States tossed out the challenge by Texas due to the question of standing. How can the results in one State be the concern of another State? They can't.
The court’s order explained that leave to file was denied “for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution” because Texas had not “demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.”
Trump made a mistake marrying his challenge to the Texas challenge. He must challenge the election on behalf of the people he represents. The people of the United States (as a whole) have standing on this issue. … they have have suffered immense loss due to fraud and corruption. The court must hear the case if it is filed properly.
