Orange hair!
I went to my local salon, paid $75. Told the stylist I wanted dark brown hair with light brown highlights.
I walked out with orange hair.
SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS!!!
I went to the drugstore and paid $8.00 or so for some dark brown and dumped it on it. It's dark, but not orange.
And no, there was no color on my hair before she did this. No, I didn't go back to get her to fix it... she messed it up!!! She sure isn't gonna try to fix it!
You live and learn.

I dont get perms because they over process no matter how many times I tell them I'll look like a fuzz ball.

A womans worst nightmare? Well there are quite a few gals in this town anyway, that seem to enjoy hair of a somewhat un-natural colour, maybe you should have tried it out for a few days first.:p at least taken some photos. ;)

I should have taken some pictures, that's true.
I went to the drug store and got deep conditioners and hot oil treatments. It feels softer and is starting to relax a bit.
This should teach me never to go lighter... just cover the gray.

You would have fitted in nicely in Scotland, there are lots of people with orange hair there!

It still galls me that I went to a professional so that I wouldn't end up with a mess... and I ended up with a mess anyway. *sigh*

LOL, mess is what some do best nowadays, they call it style.
ohhhh some of the doos I've seen leave me scratching my head because they are lopsided, odd colors, just not attractive at all. why?????
I can do that LOL just by getting outta bed and not combing my hair, just leave it and spray it and call it styled crazy days we live in.

Yesterday, a lady at work told me she liked my hair. She said it looked so natural. LOL! I have just the vaguest hint of highlights poking through the brown so it looks shiny and healthy. ROFL!
I couldn't make this stuff up.

It's just a figure of speech when you're blown away by something. It's just ironic that I had tons of fake color put on my hair, and it turned out to be a disaster, yet my coworker said it looked natural. A disaster like this looks natural? Unbelievable! I guess I accidently land on my feet once in a while when crazy things happens. This type of silly stuff happens to me on a regular basis.
