A close Friend

I have this friend that I hang out with i`d like to tell ya about.
As most of ya know good friends that ya can count on are hard to find these days and one you can count on no matter what happens is far and few between.
I`ve been fortunate to find a friend that is around me all the time that is just like a brother to me, I don`t have any brothers so he means a lot to me.
He always is there to listen to my problems and always has a way of cheering me up when things look hopeless.
He rides bike with me, hunts with me and when he`s somewhere else and I need him he`s just a call away.
I`ve been struggling with depression and family issues and sometimes I wonder what the point of it all is but then I talk to my friend and he makes the problems go away.
He wipes away the tears, lifts me up and leads me in the right direction.
There is no doubt that when I die I can count on this friend to be at my side.
I wanted to share with you about mt friend because he is there for you also, his name is Jesus Christ.
He is the best friend you can have.

True friends are few and far between. No money or other material value can be put upon them. They transcend all those notions.

Many people dwell on Christ being our Lord, Savior, God and King. The miss the parts where he is called our Brother and Friend. A loss and mistake to do.

I posted this on a couple of non Christian boards only to be deleted, rules say no discussing religion. And we wonder why our country is failing, I can understand saying something like my God is the only way but this was a praise.:(
