info. verses age of children

If a child asks a question you think they are too young to know about yet or would even understand the answer what do you do? Do you tell them the answer any ways figuring well if they asked than they are old enough to be told the info. or Do you just tell them thats something you will talk about together when they get a little older.

Sometimes telling them they are to young to understand is the only answer.

Or, give them a real simplistic answer that is true but not complete.
