Maybe you can help me better understand this. I have found in the bible more than once of people that had committed suicide. Now every time it was because their sins were so great. Now today we hear about suicide becoming more common than we would like to think. Is that because of their great sins or because they don't know God?
In the bible these people knew God and went against Him knowing what they were doing.
But now a days people commit suicide because of depression and we know that a lot of depression is because the absence of God but not always. Many seem to be depressed and know God very well.
So where is this biblically of why people commit suicide? So many seem to commit just because and they don't know why or claim to as they head deeper into that direction.
Now if suicide is because of the absence of God than why are there so many who have the absence of God seem so happy? And why are there those that know God well have depression? And why wouldn't God make everyone suffer so they come looking for Him? I have read its better to suffer here than in eternity. O.k. thats it. I feel like I am jumping into another question that has nothing to do with suicide.
