1 Corinthians 4:17 For this reason I am sending to you Timothy, my son whom I love, who is faithful in the Lord.

Is Timothy Paul's son? Right this is Paul speaking?

1 Corinthians 11:5 And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head- it is just as though her head were shaved.

What does this mean?

1 Corinthians 11:7 A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man.

Does this go into who is to teach who and who is not? We know God says some things are for man and some are for woman, again what does this mean?

1 Corinthians 14:34 As is in all the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches.

I am sure its just talking about the different buildings or what not, but why does it say churches instead of like the other scripture where it refers to Gods church? Why is this different here.

Also before where Paul was talking about unity and one Body being many different parts and people saying "I follow this " or "I follow that". Its crazy to me to see how quickly people started to become separate in Christianity.

I might have more later...

No, he means his son in the faith. Paul was a spiritual father to him, he was saved under his ministry.

Covering shows submission to the authority of the man who heads her house or church.
1 Corinthians 11:7 A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man.

Man from God and Woman from Man. Chain of command.
1 Corinthians 14:34 As is in all the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches.

Teaching and preaching goes on in churches. A woman is not to teach or preach to men.

Yep. The beginning of denominations.

In the woman covered, both the woman's glory .. her hair ... and the man's glory ... the woman ... are covered. That leaves God's glory in His Gathering. It presents a picture of the restored headship of God over both.

You might also say that the woman represents the "Church" (both man and woman) acknowledging the headship of her Husband The Lord Jesus. (Ephesians 5 keying 5:32)

In other words it is a physical type or example of spiritual realities. ... and right in itself as it is God's will for His Gatherings.

... A return to Eden ... A restoration of God's headship. ... because of the Angels.

More to it but this is a start.:hmm:
