:grr: Oh my goodness. I was at the laundry mat today filling up my water. Mind you I cannot afford to buy it or fix my bacteria infested well water. The owners and two ladies that work there have never said anything to me plus I am a very frequent customer for my laundry.
This lady came up to me and started yelling at me in front of all the people and my daughter telling me I am stealing water. I was in shock and so angry to have someone accuse me of such a thing; and to yell; in front of everyone and make a scene?! I said my case to her and left with my last 5 bottles unfilled. My daughter was saying "mom your not stealing you would never do that". I told her its not stealing and God doesn't think so either. Its Gods water and if it doesn't bother the people that own the place than it doesn't bother Him.
I never in my life!!!! :grr: Give me a break!

Yet another post; please pray for me to let this go and forget about it. I have never been attacked like that out of no where for what I feel was no reason. I am letting this dig too deep knowing that lady is still there and how I have so much more to say. But I bit my tongue and I walked away but I want some justice! A.baker doesn't and hasn't stole for nothing. This is something that runs deep within me.
Remember before me telling you all how that lady at work was trying to tell us all we were stealing because we took some ornaments someone threw out in the trash? Hey call that anything its called trash pickin' not stealing.
sigh.. Why do I let Satan blame me falsely for things and let it bother me? What do I have to defend to him.

If the owner has no problem with it then what does it matter what this lady thinks or says?
Tell her you have permission to do so from the owner.

That is what I said and she told me she still has a problem with it herself. I couldn't talk to this lady any more. I had to leave and walk away. This lady came at me with her face already boiling red. I would of said some things so I just stated my case and left it at that. I'll go back later when she is gone.
I know you prayed for me because I feel more relaxed! Thanks so much! :)

If possible do your filling when she is not there. A hassle but can keep things quiet.
An absurd thing for her to be bothered by what the owner says is okay. But a conflict between him and an employee is not something for which you want to be the center.
Not good. She is out of line. But reality is reality, so defuse it as best able.

LOL thats another thing; this lady was a customer. She was starring at me the whole time. I thought she was starring at my cute daughter because she looked like a grandma.
She sat, she judged missing the facts, she made her own conclusions on something so insignificant and boiled up, walked over to me and blew up in front of many and in front of my child!!! In front of a child really gets me. How foolish!! For her to point out a speck in someones eye and to ignore the stake in her own eye. Thats what scripture stuck out to me. Boy is she self righteous!!
My daughter even told me as we left how silly that lady was being. She saw and shes only 4. I am feeling better. Soon this silly thing will leave my thoughts. I just prayed and asked God to please help this leave and to deal with her His own way. God knows.
All I have to say is crazy.

Some people are just senile old farts, no not you Core :D After my mother died we had to go to her house and pick up some stuff and the best way to get close to the building was to drive down the paved bicycle trail. No motorized vehicles are allowed on it but it`s a small town of about 300 and i knew the cop real good. Anyway after we got loaded and was leaving and i approached the dirt drive that crossed the bike trail an old lady stopped her car right in front of me blocking my exit. She gets out and is screaming at me about how i`m not supposed to be on the trail, took my license number and said she was going to turn me in. I tried to explain that i only drove a little ways and why i had to use the trail but she wouldn`t listen. She drove right over to the local cops house so i followed her there and explained to him what i did and he said no big deal. That made the old bag madder and she said she was going to call the sheriff which she did. The cop called up the sheriff later and told them to forget about it that the lady is nuts.
It aggravated me because it was hard enough going after my mothers stuff but i just figured that she was just wasn`t running on all eight and i forgot about it and avoided her if i seen her driving around. :swoon:

oh boy.... she was way outta line. some folks dont mind their own business.when I was cashiering, most of the problems with complaints came from wemon.it was YOUR NOT NICE TO ME. and then run and tattle. most of the men were just fine, only had 1 one time make a sour comment. mostly the wemon could'nt mind their own business. some like the drama and to humilate, or think they are looking out for someone elses stuff but its not their place. if the owner had a problem its their place to say something.oh and the nitpicking..... ack..... give me a break. just sit down and shut up! I'm sorry you had that happen to you.

Yes we looked up on the internet for how much and how to do it. My husband researched and the cheapest thing he found to just have our water tested by a professional was $50 let alone any professional treatment. What we did it ourselves with bleach and it did not work. Our water comes out bright amber orange from the rust and has a bad smell. We only use it to bathe with and to wash dishes with. We used those at home strips to test your pool water and it came back the highest acidic number. It only dropped a number after we shocked. See we don't want to use any more bleach than what was suggested because I am afraid of it not cleaning out than we would be in trouble.
Good thing we don't wash our clothes here they would be ruined! We have a soft water system but we cannot afford the salt. It helps the rust some but not totally and we buy the special kind for rust. Even after that our water still smells and tastes like licking a pipe even if you boil it. I make my coffee strong and if I use our water I taste it through the coffee and its grouse.
Believe me I am not picky when it comes to water. The research we have found said dirty water can make you sick like with flu type symptoms. I don't even want to think of long term effects if you drink it. lol its bad.

dirty water, not chlorinated can cause paristitic infections.

Found this link:

You might be able to filter your well water through this ceramic filter. I don't know if it can reduce the acidity. :):
