got a call from her this morning, just a bit ago.

shes finished going thru grandmas stuff and is giving me some things.

she said that she sat going thru things and thought "this is all to show for her life" then said she remembered that she did pray with people ect at the retirement home and started crying so .....

maybe it looks like something might be sinking in! I sure hope so.
she admitted those are the only things one can take with them, not the material junk.

please pray the Lord works on her heart and my step fathers too.
I think he maybe aithest, I have no clue as to what he believes.

he was not close to her actually I dont think he like her at all.so hes fine with that.but I went to pick up the stuff and his coloring is grey.I thought "oh no!" so I called and told my mom she said he does that every now and then. (sign of stroke or heart attack) and he looks so old now. he has aged so much in the last few yrs.I worry for him. I dont trust her instinct on making those decisions.please pray for him with this too.
also, sometimes I've always wondered about her.either she did'nt know about what they grey meant or she was just playing dumb and I would'nt put it past her to do so. this is HIS life. ITs serious!

one thing too, I sure hope my grandmother realized we are'nt saved by good works.she believed in a lot of different things like soul sleep...thinking when grandpa died that the Lord was in bed with her, first thought it was grandpa. I sometimes get a bad feeling when I ask the Lord is she with you? its like the earth is much closer is the only way to describe it.but again, thats a feeling, I dont know that thats the Lord talking to me.I think shes just buddying up with me cause her other daughter is gone now,her mom is gone both at the same time. and when my sis gets back she'll go right back to her old ways.I havent been calling her she calls here.
