Please pray for the Lord's will in this area. I'm supposed to sign the lease tomorrow. I do not want to get into a place that will only add to my current problems or distract me.

I need to make sure that when I sign the lease that I am working with someone that I can work with and that is honest in business.

:pray: Make sure you read and understand all before you sign and that the neighborhood isn't too bad. As long as the place looks in good mechanical condition and theres not trash all over outside your probably safe. Now neighbors can be a different issue.... :D

Hello everyone.

Here's an update. We really liked an wanted this place, but GEE am I glad we all prayed. As it turns out the lease didn't go through at the last minute because of a technical problem. We were disappointed, but at the same time I believe God is sovereign in everything. Yet in my heart I started to struggle wondering if maybe I did something to upset the Lord. Well several hours later I continued to discuss the situation with my realtor only to find out that the Lord actually protected me and prevented me from signing the lease and making a serious blunder on our budget. As it turns out my lease was actually written in a way that would have cause me to pay out a lot more money than I intended.

So thanks for your prayers, yet please do not stop, because we really need to find the right place within two weeks. Praise to the One who was and is and is to come, Amen.
