No it is a river walk we went on yesterday thats here in town and it is really nice and brand new and goes a long ways. Our yard is pretty nice though; only 2 1/2 acres but mostly wooded with a meadow behind the woods. The fire pit is fun and my daughter loves that. We have a tree swing for her.
My daughter loves the new puppy; until he discovers her wonderous room of little toys Ha Ha Ha! She had a basket with her yesterday on the walk and had it stuffed with purple flowers! They weren't lilacs but sure smelled like it.
Hmm investing in a wagon would be nice :) One of us carried her on the way back and the other the puppy. We went a pretty long ways.
I am gonna try and get pics of our new house soon.

Nice looking doggies a.baker. I have two as well, they are the best of friends . I dont think I could go back to just one dog now, they are such good company for one another. Two dogs a young child and a husband, you are going to need a little more enery:D

Wow has Chelsea grown up! She looks so much older now! I will have to get some more pics when I can. And that puppy.... he is a big boy now and still full of it lol. Bender has anxiety and was left alone for 10 min. today and chewed up some Qtipps. A whole box too lol. Nice to know how much he needs me. Sophie is the same sweet calm polite girl!
Wanted to add something, this past spring Bender was locked up and broke a water pipe and it flooded our whole basement. All is good now. To make a long story short, I was lucky to not of been electrocuted. But I love him anyways! Yeah we are working on crating him. He broke the door of the last crate...hmmmm We got a big bar to fix up the door :) strong pup!

I have no idea why they would have anything to do with us. Here's "Murphy" when he was a pup. Three years old now. :smooch:
Amanda, what a beautiful daughter you have!! Please give us some more pics!!! Hows Bender's jaw?
X ... nice pooch ... let me guess "Darwin" ??

That is the cutest pup ever - i want him now!
Darwin would have been a great name, until you are in a park screaming 'Darwin come here' - with everyone giving you strange looks!!

I should get some more pics up but I have no way to a camera now or scanner. :(
Both of your dogs are cute!!!!
Yup the bone is off of Sophie now and she is doing good :)
Bender has a very submissive personality (yeah he pees when daddy comes home from work, not so much now, should of seen him at the vet last time LOL and we have wood floors). He will listen on a snap , extremely loyal and a good guard dog with common sense (when they are IN our yard). And he's scared of loud noises like bands. Don't take him to a parade lol.
Sophie has a loving mom personality. She loves to constantly sit on your lap (60 lbs) and sneak kisses. She sleeps on my pillow every night and likes to be under covers. She is stubborn and will test, but you can console her with treats (lol whose smart now?).
She thinks things through before she listens, closest to reasoning I have ever seen a dog get or stubbornness. She has a knob on her head, they say that stands for intelligence. She hops down the stairs due to her stubby little legs. She guards as far as the eye can see; as a hawk. She will stand her ground and fight anything or anyone, she has no fear!!!
She is the boss guard dog and Bender is just the side kick. He would protect but he can be a chicken. Sophie could have a gun go off and it not phase her. She also thinks she's a queeny.
Both of my dogs are becoming picky eaters, my fault.... well kinda. They don't get people food much but they do get cheap meat mixed in their dog food. I have noticed great health benefits from doing this, but their dog food is cheap with lots of corn... yuck!
And my sweet daughter is getting her school pics today! She is growing up so much!

Bender does look laid back!! Sorry, I thought it was Bender who had bone issue.
The pic of Sophie ... she does look like she is in charge and working out the details.
Hmmm ... greek word for "wisdom" is "sophia" ... close enough!! :):

However ... not all things are rosy for some dog owners ...
Former French President Jacques Chirac has announced that he has given away his beloved dog after it attacked him for a third time.
Sumo, a Maltese terrier, is reported to have bitten him in the stomach in their apartment in the capital, Paris.
Mr Chirac's wife, Bernadette, said the dog had been treated for depression after finding it difficult to come to terms with leaving the Elysee Palace.
Since stepping down from office in May 2007, Jacques Chirac has admitted he has found retirement hard going but apparently it is his dog, Sumo, who has suffered most acutely.
Used to roaming the large gardens of the Elysee Palace, the Maltese terrier has found down-sizing to an apartment on the Quai Voltaire unbearable and, according to Mrs Chirac, severe depression has turned him from an innocent white fluff-ball into a ferocious attacker of ex-presidents.
In January this year, Mr Chirac had to be hospitalized after the dog sank his teeth into an unnamed body part.
In this latest attack, Mrs Chirac said that Sumo had been lying quietly at her feet but flew into a violent rage on the approach of her husband.
“He was going wild. He wanted to jump up and bite again.”

 Maybe I'm bad for saying this but it sounds like that dog does have some mental issue's and would be unadoptable. If I was the owner I would put it to sleep. I love my animals, animals in general, but a pet dog in this manner should be put down, its not like its a wild animal. Expect a wild animal to bite, expect a house pet to be loyal.
Yikes glad thats not my pooch!

From what i've heard about Jacques Chirac, the dog was doing us all a favour, its not like dogs can choose their owner!

When I read the article I must say, I sided with the dog. Kicked out of the Elysee Palace with the huge gardens to waste away in a small apartment. Understand completely.
Dog 1 :rollingp: ... Chirac no score. :crutches:
