I had to look up the Family Leave Act to know what it is about. Good, I am glad it worked out for you and I hope getting your check does too! I have heard of it a lot but never knew what it was.

I had to have Family Medical Leave papers filled out when I had my surgery. Doctors are pretty accustomed to this, and usually get them back pretty quickly. Mine had them to me through the mail two days after I had surgery. I gave them to him before I went into the OR, but honestly, when I was in recovery, I just didn't feel like following up on it, and left it to him. Thankfully, he was on the ball and got them right back to me.
