Hey gang!

I'm having laparoscopic surgery tomorrow. They're checking me for endometriosis, and if I have it, they're going to remove any lesions or implants I have.

I've never had surgery before. This is my first time. I'm just a little nervous since I haven't had surgery before, so if you wouldn't mind, please pray for me.

I'll let you know how everything turns out when I get back home from the hospital. I won't be able to return to work until next week because of recuperation, so I hope and pray that I don't go stir crazy!

My surgery is at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern) tomorrow. So, before and during that time, please just remember me and say a word of prayer on my behalf.

I sincerely appreciate it.

 Everyone!

Thank you, gang.

Had surgery today, and it was kinda nice. Anesthesia is fun. When I went to the hospital, I had a headache the size of Texas, and when they gave me the pre-surgical mickey shot, well... that was the end of that!

I do have endometriosis. The doctor told my parents that he found exactly what he thought he would find, and thankfully, was able to get it all, as far as he could tell. He said he couldn't see everything he wanted to see because I am extremely small in my pelvic cavity, but that's genetic. My aunt is like that.

As of right now, I'm not really in much pain. I haven't had to take anything stronger than Ibuprofen. I am beginning to wonder if there is a catch to this, or maybe I'm just really skating out of this with minimal pain and fuss. I hope so. I'll know for sure when I wake up tomorrow morning.

I love you guys and consider you a big part of my family. Thank you so much for praying for me.

You mean a lot to me.

 Jessie. I thought I would wake up this morning and have a lot of pain, but there's none of that.

I did have one complication during surgery. They told me that when they anesthetised me, my blood pressure shot through the roof and they had to give me something to bring it down and stabilize it. I don't have any blood pressure problems, so I was a little shocked at that.

But, I'm just glad it's over and I'm on the mend.
