Hi,
I am new on here- I do enjoy CCM music- would someone else like to talk about it?

I started loving it in the 80's and would love to talk to someone else that loves that kind of music.

I look forward to hearing from you.:):

Welcome! :D

Sorry, not an expert on CCM. I don't listen to a lot of music at all.

But I am sure others will have something to say.

Contemporary Christian Music.

I am a fan of CCM. I like Newsboys, Casting Crowns, Fernando Ortega, Michael W. Smith, Nicole C. Mullen, Crystal Lewis, Big Daddy Weave, and many more.

Nice to see another CCM fan around the place.

I would like to find some good ones that don't make me fall asleep. Ones with good beat and words reflecting the bible; not human emotion. Many different people sing this song but you can look it up on you tube the name of the song is "How Great is our God".

Tell you what... every time I hear that song it makes me choke up with tears of joy at the end... the words are awesome!

I was hoping CCM was Canadian country music or classical...Christian music is brutal for the most part. See my thread on CTZ..."why I hate Christian Music"

all the best...

Third Day and Ray Boltz. I really enjoy them.

If you really want a blessing, go to YouTube and type in Paul Wilbur, Shalom Jerusalem. It's not an upbeat song; it's a slow one. But it ministers to my heart.

Do yourselves a favor, and PLEASE listen to Salvador asap!

This group is just as good as any secular latino artists,
like Los Lobos, Enrique Iglesia, Shakira, et al.

And the lead singer's passion is obvious from the
first lyrics which protrude from his lips.

AND TALENTED??!!?? Straight up!

Below is a video of them LIVE! And they don't disappoint.

Listen to his smooth voice, and he is a gifted guitarist.
