Obama's Pastor: God D... America, U.S. to Blame for 9/11

Obama's Pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Has a History of What Even Obama's Campaign Aides Say Is 'Inflammatory Rhetoric'
Sen. Barack Obama's pastor says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "God d... America."
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's south side, has a long history of what even Obama's campaign aides concede is "inflammatory rhetoric," including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism."
An ABC News review of dozens of Rev. Wright's sermons, offered for sale by the church, found repeated denunciations of the U.S. based on what he described as his reading of the Gospels and the treatment of black Americans.
"The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God d... America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people," he said in a 2003 sermon. "God d... America for treating our citizens as less than human. God d... America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme."

In a campaign appearance earlier this month, Sen. Obama said, "I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial."

"I wouldn't call it radical. I call it being black in America," said one congregation member outside the church last Sunday.
"He has impacted the life of Barack Obama so much so that he wants to portray that feeling he got from Rev. Wright onto the country because we all need something positive," said another member of the congregation.

Obama's Pastor: 'Hillary ain't never been called a nigger.' (Updated)
Rick Moran
In an extraordinary video recording of Barack Obama's pastor - leader of a church that the candidate says he consciously chose after a long search - the Reverend Jeremiah Wright lets loose with some of the most nauseating racist comments directed against whites imaginable:
During a Christmas sermon, Wright tried to compare Obama’s upbringing to Jesus at the hands of the Romans.
“Barack knows what it means living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people,” Wright said. “Hillary would never know that. “Hillary ain’t never been called a nigger. Hillary has never had a people defined as a non-person.”
In his Jan. 13 sermon, Wright said:
“Hillary is married to Bill, and Bill has been good to us. No he ain’t! Bill did us, just like he did Monica Lewinsky. He was riding dirty.”
He begins with reference to the Romans, who crucified Jesus, as Italians, and thus white. The rest of the video can charitably called "racially confrontational."

Obama makes no effort to hide his admiration for Reverend Wright, going so far as to take the title of his book - "Audacity of Hope" - from one of the reverend's sermons. And he has never disavowed his relationship with Wright, only saying he disagrees with "some" of his statements.
Perhaps it's time for this so-called "uniter" to cut his ties with such a rank racist

Obama's Pastor's Other Comments on 9/11
Apparently Jeremiah Wright has offered controversial analysis of 9/11 more than once. Courtesy Sweetness & Light, a column from Wright:
Also at that link: "At the University of Chicago Divinity School, he earned another master’s in the history of religions with a focus on Islam…
Obama recounts in vivid detail his first meeting with Wright in 1985. The pastor warned the community activist that getting involved with Trinity might turn off other black clergy because of the church’s radical reputation."

Obama-Rezko: Beyond “Guilt by Association”
Filed under: 2008 elections, Barack Obama — Rick Moran on March 13, 2008 @ 10:22 pm CET
http://poligazette.com/2008/03/13/obama-rezko-beyond-guilt-by-association/
For a United States Senator, Barack Obama has been doing a lot of explaining about the company he has kept for the last 17 years or so.
Take some Joe Blow Alderman off the streets of Chicago and examine his friends and acquaintances and you’re bound to come up with a couple of unsavory characters that straddle the line of legality with regard to city contracts or their business dealings.
But Obama is not some regular Machine pol juicing the way for his ward heeling friends so they can grow fat and rich at taxpayer expense. He is a United States Senator and the Democratic Party’s frontrunner for President of the United States. One would think a higher standard might be in order regarding such a man’s associates.
One would think.
The constant refrain of Obama defenders is that he is being unfairly criticized because his problematic friends and acquaintances represent nothing more than “guilt by association.” Taken on a case by case basis, such a defense might ring true. But Obama’s problem is that he has so many friends and associates where “guilt by association” is the explanation given by his campaign that one begins to wonder when we can declare the candidate just plain “guilty” of using horrendous judgment and question whether his connection to some of these characters actually goes beyond innocence of wrongdoing.

WRIGHT: Jesus was a poor black man who lived in a country and who lived in a culture, that was controlled by rich white people! The Romans were rich. The Romans were Italians, which means they were European, which means they were white -- and the Romans ran everything in Jesus' country. It just came to me within the past few weeks, y'all, why so many folk are hatin' on Barack Obama. He doesn't fit the model!
CONGREGATION: Right!
WRIGHT: He ain't white, he ain't rich, and he ain't privileged.
RUSH: This is the kind of stuff Obama has been listening to from this guy for 20 years. This guy didn't just start talking this way. Here's the next bite.
WRIGHT: Hillary never had to worry about being pulled over in her car as a black man driving in the wrong! I am sick of Negroes who just do not get it! Hillary was not a black boy raised in a single parent home! Barack was. Barack knows what it means to be a black man living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people! Hillary can never know that! Hillary ain't never been called a nigger! Hillary has never had her people defined as nonpersons! Hillary ain't had to work twice as hard just to get accepted by the rich white folk who run everything, or to get a passing grade when you know you are smarter than their C-students sitting in the White House. Hillary ain't never had her own people say she wasn't white enough!
RUSH: Um... Is this what is meant by a "new future"? Is this what is meant by "change"? Barack Obama, community activist. His preacher is a hatemonger, a black segregationist. He's got a friend from the Weather Underground who was on the run for terrorist acts. He befriended and benefited from the largesse of a Chicago thug. Is this what is meant by "change"? Is this where we are investing "hope" for the future? Is this really moving forward, at all? Or is this taking us backwards? The past is the past, and it's the past because it's behind us -- and to get behind you, you gotta turn around and go the other way, and that's the opposite of going forward in the future. Barack Obama tells us he wants to go forward, but we're turning around, and we're going backward. We're going back to the past. We're going to go back to the past! We're going to relive the past, apparently. This guy has been preaching to Barack Obama for 20 years, and his wife Michelle "My Belle" Obama and their children; and this guy certainly didn't just start talking like this.

RUSH: "He was riding dirty" with "the big, fat nasty." Riding dirty with the big, fat nasty. Here is more Jeremiah Wright, 2003 sermon in Chicago, Trinity United Church of Christ.
WRIGHT: The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law, and then wants us to sing God bless America? No, no, no! Not God bless America! God (bleep) America! (cheers) -- it's in the Bible -- for killing innocent people! (cheers) God (bleep) America for treating her citizens as less than human!
RUSH: That's a 2003 sermon. Obama may have been in the congregation that day. You heard it. That was 2003. This is five years ago

Yea, take a trip and stay away.
Seriously, KG, she is one hated woman.
A stark newbie with no experience is ahead of her, win or not, in her own party. You have to understand that in every poll, and has been for years, 42% that will not vote for her for any reason.
In the General Election the Republicans and Independents also get to vote. She is only this close now because a lot of Republicans crossed over in the primaries and voted for her.
Not a good election. They all stink. On the scale of voting for the lesser of evils McCain is pretty far down the scale on acceptability.
Why? Good people won't get into the fray. Hard to even get good people to run for local government due to the corruption of backers and such.
Not good and sure not pretty.

Yep, lighthouse, his pastor is a dyed in the wool bigot and racists. Full of hate.
The fact Obama has not long ago walked away from him says volumes.

Obama is done.
If people cant tell or see that the pastors and people he associates with are racist fanatics then something is really wrong with those that support him after this revelation. Claiming he "wasnt at the church at the time of the sermon" as if that clears him is just incredible. He thinks he is above it all now? Hes done.
So being a member of the Nazi party but not attending the meetings makes it OK?

Worse than that now.
I listened to him this morning and he admits he was there during a number of such sermons and neither left or said anything. But he was 'distrurbed.'
He made it clear this was his connection and identity with the black community and he would not abandon the preacher or the church.

Obama seems to have a strange appeal to the public. He's charasmatic. They suck it in like lapdogs, and seem to be mesmerized by him.
It's interesting to watch.
I wouldn't be surprised if Hillary's clan had something to do with the tape leaking to the public, though there would never be any public confessions to that.
Sincerely, sitting back and watching people during this election is quite interesting. Disheartening, but interesting.

I'm 'disturbed' that he believes that this actually is helping race relations somehow.
He is doing nothing but making the divide greater by attending, supporting, and associating with these types of believers.

is has charisma, a mesmerizer. very very smooth, but he has dug a hole I dont think he will get out of with this.
people today are dumb but not that dumb yet.
hes too much like oprah, a polished apperence for a hr, but behind closed doors a whole nother person.
and too, maybe he wants a divide and that uhum pastor he goes too.
sound more like the makings of a race war.
