how does one stop taking on to much responsiblity?
seems I take on emotional responsilibitys along with
the other, I have a hard time separating it all.
what I should do and whats not mine.
I was groomed basically from childhood to do this.
I need to understand the balances so I can breathe if you know what I mean....

I think the key is to know when what you are taking responsibility for is outside your realm of duty and when it is destructive or pointless with no hope of change.
Remember, for another to change requires them to be responsible, not you.

Yes that is it. And it is hard to let go sometimes especially when that other persons responsibility completely effects your daily living or life stability. I think thats when we kinda give it to God and ask Him to take over. Boy it's hard when others don't listen or care enough either.
