What do you think of the New Life Version? I go to this thrift store and their books are 10 cents to $1.00. They have 20 or so bibles but they are all the NLV. I was going to buy them up and put them in our church for a bible ministry thats going on there.

Not much.

It is paraphrase, not a real transation. And it does things like gender neutral.
