Parents killing their children

What is up with parents killing their children? Just this past week a man threw his 3 very young children over a bridge and a woman killed her 3 children by poison and the 4th by stabbing to death. So very disturbing!!! If these parents didn't want their children why didn't they just hand them over to someone?

A question comes to mind when I think of this; Is it time yet?!

people dont have natural affection much anymore.
