Christian book store

I don't know if anyone remembers but I went to a Christian bookstore and I was upset because the bibles were so much money that I couldn't afford one for a friend. I told the girls that worked how I was leaving sad because I couldn't afford Gods Word! I told them I was going down the road to a non Christian bookstore and going to buy a bible there for cheap that was nice with leather! I told them how there is something different expected out of a Christian bookstore.

I really prayed for that one and I was very troubled by it. I was thinking last night as I was driving how much I want to take every dime in my wallet and buy as many bibles as I can. But shouldn't buy one because I REALLY cannot afford it at the moment. Two seconds later I drove past that same Christian book store and guess what... their sign said "Bibles 50% off Friday and Saturday". I was sure excited and so very happy about that. Not a huge thing, but hey anything...

I have to call them today and tell them. Also I need to tell them how they should have some that are very nice that are always cheap or set a small handful by the exit door that are free or the cashier could hand out one for free here and there as it seems someone may be in need. Something..

the way I see things, the gospel is'nt to be sold.
now I understand having to pay for a bible, but exorbident prices? absolutly not.

Great job, baker.

If there is a Dollar Tree store near you,
go there and you can find Bibles for a
dollar. Soft cover, fairly big, and they
are KJV.
