I think we are going to be moving soon! I think the church is going to help us move too. We will be out of here in like 2 hours with all that help (We don't have a lot of stuff either). Me and my husband are still talking about it but we will have a final decision by this weekend. They said I could have a garden and plant some flowers this spring!!! :yowza: They said we could do all the upkeep and maintenance and stay there for rent free for 3 mths. so we can build up money. They are open to a land contract rent to own in the future. It is in a real good area. They really want us to live there; so it works out both ways.
A lady is looking at renting the downstairs but no final word on that. But with the move many changes will take place. Many that might not be such good ones but hopefully it will all work out for the best! That is why we are really having a hard time making this decision. But it is about boiling down to that we have to move. No money for rent. So the decision is kinda being made for us.
I prayed to God and asked Him to make the decision for us. I also really prayed about a house a month ago. I also prayed for strong faith, patience, and stability. It is like He is answering all my prayers at once... :scratch: :D.
