Are you saying that we are not supposed to judge
those outside of the Church?? And if so, can you
either present Scripture to show this to be the case,
or at least give me a link to a thread here in this Site
where y'all have discussed it??

I am not disputing it. I just wanna know, because I
am having an issue with a "friend" of my family's, and
I have been told by both her and my wife to stop
judging this "friend". So, any Scripture and opinions
would be appreciated.

The judging is in the context of error and such. We know those outside need salvation above all else.

1 Corinthians 5
