The distributor does a lot of stores.

This is massive.

At least four of those stores are huge and many middle to upper class shop at least those ones. The others ones I do not recognize. Meijers was started here where I live and its like a Super Walmart but bigger and more inexpensive. Krogers is also pretty expensive. Is the parallelization just temporary or permanent? Steak and Shake is a restaurant. Like a fast food/ eat in restaurant. We were talking about it and almost ate there this weekend. Food Lion, Great Value and especially Lowes are also big ones too.

The water around here is so bad. I never drink bottled water and love water. When I drink this water I feel like I am going to get sick. It taste and smells overwhelming with mold. Not just musty but mold. They say its algae from the great lakes and they say its safe ( news report) but I disagree! You boil it and it still tastes like mold but at least all bacteria is killed when done. The swimming pool at the complex has a lot of chlorine in it and you can smell mold above it. Clothes smell like mold and so does your hair after you shower. The hotter the water the stronger the smell. We will then put the boiled water ( after its all cooled off) into gallon jugs and then the water tastes like plastic. You can taste the mold in juice you make and food you cook in it and even in coffee. So tonight we are going to buy drinking water.

Yeah, this is big. We had a can of Castlebury's the day before it had the recall on that last week. Same lot number as the recall. I didn't eat any, but Dad did. Scared us to death. We kept the can just in case he got sick...but he didn't.

Now Bunker Hill and some Beef Stew too...and Mom said she came within a hair of buying the beef stew!

Castlebury's is my favorite hot dog chili. I don't eat anything else. :(

What on earth is hot dog chili? Not a product we get around here. Does it have hot dogs in it, or do you put it on hot dogs?
all the best...

Its chili to put on hot dogs. You usually put cheese on them too. Chili cheese fries are good too. I am very glad that no one I know got sick from it.

The restaurant mentioned (Steak n Shake) puts it on their chili cheese fries.

Castlebury's hotdog chili is some of the best tasting on the market, imho. I will continue to buy their product when this is all settled down. I just hope they can figure out what went wrong, and remedy the situation so that it doesn't happen again. I love their hot dog chili.

I think it was a machine malfunction. But wasn't said for sure.
