That seems a bit contradictory. But I won't ask for details.

Since removing your account affects several server and past posting issues, negatively, just change your email address to a non-existant one.

That will freeze your account and you will receive no communications of any kind.

We don't outright delete accounts.

If "Budgies" is the "Budge2" of Catholic Reformation forums (http://p094.ezboard.com/Catholic-Reformation/bcatholicreformation), then I suspect that Budgies is focusing on her own board's activities.

The individuals on the said forums have a habit of getting into the "heat" of the moment, so do not read too much into these type of actions.
