Dan 7:25 (http://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/Dan/Dan007.html#25) And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

what does it mean "and think to change times and laws"???

A lot clears up by simple not using the KJV.

Yep, I am harping again. But for good reaason.

NIV
25 He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time. [a (http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=dan%207:25&version=31#fen-NIV-21959a)]

Satan isn't an idiot. He knows what the Bible says.

But, in his arrogance, he tried to change the time table God set forth. And change the rules under which God does things.

How does he do so? By him taking over 100%.

So, if he can destroy Israel, then the MK cannot happen. Thus the Abrahamic Covenant cannot happen and Christ cannot rule the earth because he the Davidic Covenant is broken.

God's covnants are law. Change the law and you change the outcome.

That is why when Satan is cast down in the 3rd Woe, contained in the 5th Covenant, he immediately attacks the Woman. She is Israel that will be key to the MK.

And that is why he is so angry when he fails. Now, he knows his time is short and locked in. He is doomed.

So, he goes after the Trib Saints. He basically is killing them in revenge over the escape of faithful Israel.

making more sense.

I was thinking of changing like our laws and times,
thinking of what has been going on with everything going backwards,
meanings of words being changed ect.

It did'nt even occur to me of changing those laws and times!

I've tried to use the other, but always ended up looking at it wrong.

thanks!
