I need prayer!

been battling a migraine for the last 3 days. tylenol does nothing.

I have my court hearing wed. please pray I'd get rid of this headache and
I'd have peace going into this hearing. I'm nervous as all get out.

my headache is again as always extended family related. I got triggered and
I've got to keep my distance emotionally as well as physically.

I cant even pray for them without having problems.

its hard to realize too grandma will be 90 in january and I will probably
never talk to her or see her again. I have to be ok with this.

I have to move forward and as ITW has said,
I have to shake the dust off my feet.

My thought is if someone is doing ya harm and ruining ones life it`s best to move on or at least make space, of course there are situations where others have to be taken into consideration also.

Sometimes just dis-engaging could help. . . relax with your eyes closed, listening to classical guitar, Yanni, or other mellow, soothing music.

It works for me.
