my husband was in portland and was in a accident.
but then again, was he? cause this other driver flagged him down and said he hit the car.

the other guy was driving a bmw and its totaled but we have no damage to our truck,
not even a scratch. and I mean NO scratches, dents absolutly nothing. he told him he was gonna take him for all he could that day.
not even the insurance people believe that he did the damage. just not possible.

my husband is ok. but I think worried about getting sued.

Is there a police report?

If not, he is bluffing, because he has no proof.

Take all kinds of pictures of your truck, just in case.

yes, our agent took pictures and sent us down to their body shop and they took pic's too. even they were bewildered. They say "no way" could it be our fault. no police report cause they would'nt come out. they were called.

it was later in the afternoon, and when my dh got home this other guy already had it in
the shop to be fixed and the adjuster was there. (and get this the cars are a blue color that is the same but kindof rare)
and had gone to the dr. claiming he could'nt work and has a attorney already.

the body shop even said the bmw would have to been t-boned not a side swipe.

please pray God sorts this out for the insurance co.
we are responsible for what we are responsible for, nothing more or less.

also, this guy said he was a portland police officier.

Sounds like an old style con game.

He does not have a leg to stand on. I doubt any lawyer, but a shyster, would even touch a case from him.

Especially when he looks and sees you are not rich.

I believe your insurance company would handle this one. Could be wrong.

the insurance company said they would handle it.

yep, it would be pointless to sue, we dont have any money.
The insurance co. at this point is taking care of us and our agent is very much looking out for us, which it is for them too.
I'm curious who his lawyer is????
