They are resurrected and glorified at the Second Coming. During the MK the rule, which means they are given some kind of government admin to leadership roles for Christ.

Yes. 2 Peter tells us that at the end of Satan's Short time, after the MK, when he attacks Jerusalem, again, at the head of a human army, that Christ does another Thief in the Night.

He then completes the First Resurrection and destroys the Heavens and the Earth.

All the evil humans perish in the destruction.
