Remember the Pre-Adamic Creation thread?
A Fallen angel is an angel that rebelled along with Satan.
A demon is a Pre-Adamic, from a flesh company, not race, that rebelled along with Satan and his angels.
They lost their flesh and live as evil spirits (demons).
Fallen Angels are bound, per Jude, until Judgement Day, in the Pit.
A big problem for many is that angel means messenger, envoy or similar. It is a 'job description' and not the name of something like, robin, fox, bird, human or such.
There are places, in the Bible, where angel is used for a human. But there it is translated messenger or such.

Right.
They were created, like the angels, as a company of beings who knew right from wrong from the start.
So, the remain or fall as individuals, not a race. Thus no need of a savior for offspring, since there are none in a company.
A demon is a Pre-Adamic, from a flesh company, not race, that rebelled along with Satan and his angels.
They lost their flesh and live as evil spirits (demons).

I am a little hazy on this:
Where do the Nephilim fit into this discussion?

They don't. Nephilim were purely human.
Goliath was a Nephilim from a family of Nephilim of an area of Nephilim.
Genesis does not say fallen angels married human women. It says, at the time there were these giants, sons of God (meaning in covenant relationship to God} stopped marrying only female sons of God and started marrying anyone they chose, based on looks over quality.
Angels are neither male nor female, are not physical beings and cannot produce children. No sperm and no eggs. No ability to create life, which eggs and sperm are.
They were created as a company, not a race. Only Man has been created as a race.
