may we pray it cools down all across the US?
its miserable out here. I dont feel so well, and I'm sure theres a lot of us that are'nt because its just so hot.
yesterday, it was humid and hot like Hawaii, and I mean that literal.
I had'nt felt that since I was there over 30 yrs ago. (now if we only had their warm water beaches I would have been happy) :lol:
also, that somehow, I would be able to let extended family go, and quit
trying to be heard. (even if its just in my emotions) and be at peace about it!
and it would stay that way. I really need to get this under control.
because of the way I grew up, I contantly fear being left. total aloneness.
also, I have a bad headache. some is heat some I think is hormonal.
I hate that! its embarressing to just want to sit and CRY for no good reason.
of course I dont in front of everyone, but golly this is just downright silly.
