Is it okay for us as believers to rail at Satan and say things like, "I hate you! Burn in Hell!" or "Satan is a whimp!"

If you vote yes, please explain.

absolutly no. even the angel when satan disputed the body of moses would'nt do that.
so who on earth would we think we are to do such a thing.

not only that, but it leads to an area of pride which then leads to falling.

Whimp? The mightiest angel ever created.

He is a lot of negative things. But not a whiimp.

Jesse,

That's exactly what came to mind when I saw someone say that on another MB. I don't like it, and it bothers me.

I never have considered Satan as a whimp...and if it weren't for the Holy Spirit, we wouldn't last a second with him.

what a trap...

pride, arrogence

when one is in that they underestimate their enemy,
they are too easily caught in a snare!

I agree he is no whimp

I invite this person to answer this question personally (ref. 1 Thessalonians 5:21 (http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1%20Thessalonians%205:21;&version=31;), see also 1 Corinthians 2:15 (http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1%20Corinthians%202:15;&version=31;)).
