pray for migraine

I've had this thing for several days now. its better but still not under control.
I'd been sick too.

I notice I keep tensing my right side for some reason and get these shooting pains in the back of my head along with the other pain.

thank you all! I feel so much better today.

I still have a slight tension in the back of my head but boy I sure feel better.
