Luke chapter 13 Verse 30

13:29 And they shall come from the east, and [from] the west, and from the north, and [from] the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom (http://www.godrules.net/library/topics/topic1125.htm) of God (http://www.godrules.net/library/topics/topic830.htm).

13:30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
13:31 The same day there came certain of the Pharisees (http://www.godrules.net/library/topics/topic1410.htm), saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod (http://www.godrules.net/library/topics/topic929.htm) will kill (http://www.godrules.net/library/topics/topic1120.htm) thee.

It is a little clearer in modern English.
28"There will be weeping there, and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves thrown out. 29People will come from east and west and north and south, and will take their places at the feast in the kingdom of God. 30Indeed there are those who are last who will be first, and first who will be last."
He was speaking to such as the Pharisses.

It means there are leaders in this world that will end up in the Lake while those they led end up in Heaven.

It means there are those in this world who were leaders, people of power, people of importance and prestige who will end up the least of position, reward and so on in Heaven while many who were poor an disregarded on the earth will hold much higher positions in Heaven.

Gain on the earth is often based on family, money and strength. But in Heaven rewards are based on what you did for God according to his will.

As a job, no.

But I seem to have just fallen into the role over time. From student to discussion to answering.
