I have an instructor in school who told me yesterday that her son-in-law was in a bad motorcycle accident. I haven't heard from her yet about his condition, but she told me yesterday that his leg was apparently torn up pretty bad. Could you please pray for him?
Thank you.

Thank you so much for your prayers. I e-mailed my instructor, who is a Godly woman who lets her light shine in school. This woman is amazing. In one class I had, she talked to the class about salvation and the rapture, even though it is not allowed, and she could get fired for it. I love her, and truly think she's a wonderful lady. She e-mailed me back about her son-in-law, and posted below is her e-mail.
Thank you so much for those prayers.
He has a shattered femur, a knee cap broken in half and even damage into the hip, They have done the initial surgery to set what had to be taken care of, but he will have to go through several more surgeries, we just don't know how many at this point. I guess it depends on his healing process after each surgery.
I know he had his angels around him that morning or he would not have gotten through this at all. You just don't have any protection on a motorcycle, but God can put that shield around us to protect us from anything.
Please continue to pray. He has four children and was the sole provider for the family, so it is going to be rough, but God can get them through whatever the future holds. These valleys teach us a lot of lessons, but mainly to depend on God instead of ourselves.
I appreciate your prayers and your thoughtfulness.
Pray that their needs will be met as they go through this ordeal. God is faithful, and I know He would never leave them destitute. Just like the sparrows, and the lilies of the field, I have all faith in Him that this family will be cared for.
