what kindof judging is Jesus speaking of here?

I dont understand cause we have to judge good from bad.
right from wrong.

is it condemning someone?

and could I have an example?

The problem with the 'Do not Judge" crowd using this verse is they are taking it out of context.

It is not a stand alone verse. It is part of a passage that, in fact, says to judge, but do so correctly.

1"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
It says if you judge you will be judged according to how you judge.

Of course, it is impossible to function in life without judging, hence, it is says do it correctly.

So, first, focus on your life, judging it correcty, and fixing it. Then you can correctly judge others and you will see the goal is not judgment and condemnation but correction and help.

Nothing angers people more than to have one guilty of the same issue telling them they have that issue. Or that they are going to fix your issue while they are doing nothing to fix their issue.
