Universal Reconciliation vs. Free Will

:hmm: How do Universalists advocate Universal Reconciliation without discarding free will? Does 'Elohiym (http://www.studylight.org/lex/heb/view.cgi?number=0430) force human beings to love them?

The argument I have always heard is that it may take milliions of years but in the end all will repent and be reconciled with God.
