Can we study this?

What all will take place at the Bema Seat Judgment? When will it occur? How long will it take?

Here`s a little help.

The Judgment of the Just

If the Redeemed will never be judged of their sins, then what will they be judged of, and when will the judgment take place?
The Bible teaches that the Redeemed will be judged of their works, not to determine their eternal destiny, but to determine their degrees of reward.
Christians do not work to be saved; they work because they are saved. In fact, the Bible says they are saved to do good works (Ephesians 2:10 and Titus 2:14). Such good works, if properly done, will be done in the power of the Holy Spirit (1 Peter 4:11) and for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).

The Timing of the Judgments

When and where will the judgment of the Redeemed take place? The Bible indicates the judgment of believers who have lived and died during the Church Age will occur in Heaven before the judgment seat of Jesus, immediately following the Rapture of the Church (2 Corinthians 5:10 and Revelation 19:6-9).

All appear before the Throne of God to be judged.

As ITW pointed out the first judgement is the Wedding Supper where all in the Resurrection/Rapture are rewarded.

But the First Resurrection lasts until the destruction of the Heavens and the Earth. And all saints are in the First Resurrection and not judged in the Second.

Next, we see the Trib Saints before Christ at the Second Coming. They are resurrected, glorified and rule with Christ for 1,000 years.

That means they have to appear before the Throne of God at that time.

Then comes the saints who die in the MK. Are they resurrected as they die and then are judged? We are not told.

Then Peter tells us there will be another thief in the night at the end of the world. Which demands a Throne Judgement then.

Next comes the Second Resurrection and the judgement of condemnation.

We have few details on all the times of appearing before the Throne. But we do know it happens first at the Rapture and proceeds in some order to the end of time for saints and then there is one single event for the damned.

Quick note. While it is popular the OT saints will not resurrect until the Second Coming I totally disagree with that position.

It says all the dead in Christ will resurrect at the Rapture and the OT saints are in Christ.

The idea that only the Church is in Christ is false. Totally denied by the Bible.

As well as the simple fact the Church is the Bride and yet their are guests at the Supper.

Then add to that the 24 Elders are at the First Seal and they are NOT Church.

Thanks, Core.

Did we ever come to a conclusive agreement about who the 24 elders are?

Well, I know CTZ and I agree they are the 24 Elders of OT Israel. They are the only 24 in the Bible.

Not sure where others stand.

But, if they want to call them Church they need to put up some proof to defend that position. There are no 24 Elders ever in the Church in the Bible.

I don't buy being 12 OT Israel Elders and 12 Church. There were 24 in Israel, not 12. And since all Church saints can come before the Father via Christ Church having 12 priests before the Father doesn't make any sense.
