Dr. Who Premier on Sci-Fi Channel

:yowza: Did anyone catch last night's premier of Dr. Who? Two episodes aired twice on the Sci-Fi Channel, between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m ET.

I have not seen that show in years. Are they new shows or reruns?? I used to see that show when I was very young. Very strange to me lol.

All new. 3rd year on BBC with a new Doctor end year 3.

you know, I remember this being on when I was young, but ave to say that I have never seen it. Have never been a Sci-Fi buff. Also can add that I have not seen any of the Star Wars movies except the one in the 70's - call me weird.

Watched the first hour so far. Thankfully they went back to the old formula as in Tom Baker.

Doctor Who fans! Fantastic! As a British Who fan, I LOVE the new series. Series 2 is due to air here in England on 15th April with David Tennant playing the Doctor. Thrills and spills are expected, as well as the return of the Cybermen, K9 and Sarah Jane Smith (one of Tom`s former companions), as well as some new monsters.

The show has been a massive hit here in the UK and has won many awards. The Christmas Special was highly rated and Tennant looks like being a big hit as the Doctor.

Which episode are you guys up to? Although the whole series is great, I really recommend "The Unquiet Dead", "Dalek", "The Doctor Dances/Empty Child" and the final two episodes which are amazing.

The Unquiet Dead was last week.

Just saw the first half of the episode I forgat the name to. The one with the pig made up as and alien and the aliens using humans skins as costumes.

Sarah Jane Smith. She will have aged a bunch since she was in the series.

Last I saw her she had K-9 and The Dr. had a second one for himself.

But don't go telling! I don't like know ahead.:D

Enjoying it so far. Add it to both Stargates as my favorite shows on now.

Tennant is sure scripted after how ole Tom played the Doctor. Just no celery coat pin.:laugh: Or hat. Or scarf.

I was so afraid they would begin again with that metaphysical stuff they did with the last couple of Doctors before. Didn't like that at all.
