Can't sleep please pray/ and ringing in my ears

Hello. I'm in need of prayer. I can't sleep at nite , I might get 3 or 4hours hours sleep, maybe. this just started about a month now. My Dr.s not doing anything for me.I also have a mild ringing in my ears now all the time please pray.
I am praying over all the posting God Bless each and Everyone of yous in Jesus name Amen.
