It looks like the apostasy TBN is spreading has made its way into Uganda.

God using Museveni - preacher

A VISITING preacher, Prophet Clyde Rivers, of Miracle Faith Church in California, has said President Yoweri Museveni's manifesto is in God's plan for Uganda.

Rivers, who has been preaching for over a week in different churches in Kampala also prophesied over Uganda on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). He said he believes God purposely sent him to tell Ugandans that the next five years are going to bear the greatest prosperity for Uganda, that the world has never seen.
Rivers said Museveni's 'Prosperity for all' promise is not his own making but a God-inspired plan for Uganda.

“People will come from all corners and walks of life to bless Uganda,” Rivers said, adding that no human being can stop God's plan to make Uganda prosperous.
Rivers visited Daily Monitor offices in Namuwongo, yesterday and said although he had been told that Daily Monitor was an anti-government paper, he believes the government needs checks and balances and knows the paper is offering such support to the growth of Uganda.

Notice that some of the things this preacher is saying sound exactly like the WOF teachers on TBN. It's earmarked with the key words you hear in the Prosperity message.
