I need prayer

meopause is kicking in big time. I'm stopping.
but my hormones are going bonkers.
I feel like I have electricity buzing thru me and my head and neck are
like logs.
and my emotions are bouncing around. :sob: :sob:

add my grandma being upset to the mix and i'm a emotional mess.
pretty down. I'm afraid shes manipulating again and I need to get out of the drama again.
just breathing air makes them mad. :scratch: then I get mad. I dont say anything just sit and have a dark time. :ick:

I can relate: my wife has been in menopause for years so I am also sending prayers to anyone who you deal with.

I really try hard to keep my head straight when it hits.
I usually try to sleep it off, and not talk to much. so i dont say things I should'nt.

I do get easily irritable though or want to sit and :sob: :sob:
for no reason... :scratch:

its gotta be hard having to be on the outside dealing with it.:nod:
