What is your opinion on "The Great Physician's Rx for Health and Wellness (Hardcover)" by Jordan Rubin (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/078521352X/102-7145884-4648166?v=glance&n=283155)? Based on what I have seen, this book appears to be well documented scientifically.

I haven't read the book, if I remember correctly I saw an interview with this guy. What he said sounded good. I think it is important to have a good diet.

From the book's description this book seems really good. Have you tried it, (the Diet). If you do or have please let us know. I do not know but it looks good enough from that site to try.

I do think diet does have tons to do with health, All the foods we buy whole or premade have tons of toxins in them. Those toxins can taste good alright, but I do think they hurt us slowly, slowly.

Easy to type, hard to change!!! lol
