Psalms 1

1 Oh, the joys of those who do not
follow the advice of the wicked,
or stand around with sinners,
or join in with mockers.
2 But they delight in the law of the Lord,
meditating on it day and night.

I show the you the door, you must enter in.

(Josh 1:7-9 NLT)
7 Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the instructions Moses gave you. Do not deviate from them, turning either to the right or to the left. Then you will be successful in everything you do.
8 Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. 9 This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Well, just finished the Gospel of John this morning.
I find it interesting that the gospel ends with the Lord appearing, disappearing, and appearing again. It leaves me thinking he is still here among us and there is always the possibility he will appear again.
I also find it interesting that Jesus had said he would make fishers of men out of them and now they were returning to their fishing nets. Jesus asks Peter, "Simon son of John, do you truly love me more than these?" (fish)? Peter says yes Lord I love you, Jesus says feed my lambs.
Are you feeding his lambs? Do you love him more than things?
I want to be found feeding his lambs, finding and feeding his lost lambs.
I want to be able to answer yes Lord I love you more than these (things).

(Mat 10:14 NIV) If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town.

This should make us weep for the ones who reject the Gospel.
It is so sad when someone doesn't recieve the message.
